At least one new venue could join the F1 calendar in 2021. The championship revealed in October 2019 it had an ‘agreement in principle’ to hold a race on a new circuit at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. If this race goes ahead it will take place in May. Therefore the 2021 calendar could have more races than the preceding schedule.
