We just bought a new Samsung UDH 4K TV 7 series RU710D. We have standard in home WIFI (not xFi) and use the router provided by comcast (it's probably 1-2 years old). We bought the new TV yesterday and the set up process went fine. It connected to the WIFI and we were able to use the TV's smart features (ie. Netflix, Prime Video etc). I am trying to change the subnest mask on my homehub 6 so that I can use the 172.16.0.xx range of IPs. There is an option to select this range but when I try to use it I am told that this is, 'forbidden on a reserved network,' Does anyone know of a way to change the subnet mask?
