But I don't recommend it, if you get caught you get in trouble. :) And if you decide to use proxy sites, you don't need to download anything, many sites are fake and ask you to download stuff and most likely its a virus. Proxybeat has a list of sites. At school many proxy sites are also blocked, so don't get your hopes up.
Sep 15, 2012 · They block YouTube for very good reason. you should not have the chance to be watching YouTube video, that take very much bandwidth, while in class. Do you live at the school? I doubt it. Do you spend extraordinary time at school? I doubt you spend less than 8 hours a day at school.

They were also told that everything they search for on the Internet would be closely monitored to ensure that they are properly educated and attempts to bypass the blocks via proxies would result in consequences.
